Joey Pappin brings a practical systems background to the AI conversation. Her experience includes military service, business management, production scheduling, logistics and shipping coordination, systems training, and developing training and educational presentations for global organizations.

That background shapes how she looks at AI: not as a trend to chase, but as something that should support real work, real decisions, and real people.

Joey is also the author of AI Made Simple, which reflects the same belief behind JP's AI Café: unfamiliar systems become easier to use when they are explained clearly and connected to practical business needs.

Joey is currently completing the AI Assisted Consultant Certification program through Industry Rockstar, an international business-training organization. This continuing professional development is deepening her knowledge of practical, responsible AI consulting.
